License Grant Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WebscrapeAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall WebscrapeAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
In no event shall WebscrapeAI's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid WebscrapeAI in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars (USD 100).
